徳本 修一
代表取締役
消防士、芸能マネージャー、歌手、ITベンチャー役員など、異分野での経験を経て、地元鳥取で農業に参入。
日々の生産活動の傍ら、農業界が抱える様々な課題の解決を目指し、「世界で最も影響力のある農家になる」を掲げて活動。生産者として現場に身を置くからこそ見えてくる課題や、そこから生まれる問題意識と提言をYouTubeで精力的に発信している。テレビ出演も多数。その影響力と活動領域は、農業者のみならず、メーカーや流通、さらには農業政策に関わる分野へと広がっている。
国内外の農場を精力的に訪問し、農業者や研究者、企業などとの強固なネットワークを構築するとともに、栽培技術や経営手法、最新の農業技術に関する知見の集積、その実践と発信に取り組んでいる。

Shuichi Tokumoto
President.
After gaining experience across a wide range of fields—including firefighting, artist management, singing, and serving as an executive at an IT startup—he entered the agricultural sector in his hometown of Tottori.
Alongside his day-to-day work as a farmer, he is committed to addressing the many challenges facing agriculture, guided by his ambition to “become the world’s most influential farmer.” Through YouTube, he actively shares the challenges and issues he identifies firsthand as a producer, as well as the insights and proposals that emerge from his experience in the field. He has also made numerous television appearances. His influence and activities now extend beyond the farming community to manufacturers, distributors, and even those involved in agricultural policy.
He actively visits farms across Japan and around the world, building strong networks with farmers, researchers, companies, and other stakeholders. Through these connections, he continues to expand his knowledge of cultivation techniques, farm management practices, and the latest agricultural technologies, while putting that knowledge into practice and sharing it with a broader audience.

居川良太
農場長として、現場チームのマネジメント、機械設備の運用管理を主に担当。相手が確実に理解していてるかどうか注視し、繁忙期でも丁寧な現場チームとのコミュニケーションを図る。
以前の職場であるブリヂストンタイヤで長年セールス＆サービスに従事した経験から獲得したコミュニケーションとメカニックスキルが、現在の仕事に活かされている。
大の子ども好き。地元のフットサルのコーチも務め、優しい人柄で子どもたちから人気を集める。元料理人で料理も得意。
Ryota Ikawa
As farm manager, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the field team and operating machinery and equipment. Even during the busiest times, he strives to communicate with the team in a courteous manner. He developed strong communication and mechanical skills through his many years of experience in sales and service at Bridgestone Tire. A great lover of children, he coaches a local futsal team and is well-liked by the kids for his kind personality. He is also an excellent cook.
齋藤希
福島県二本松市出身。実家は農家で、3歳の頃から祖父の手伝うかたちで畑を耕す。
高校は農業高校に進み、主にスマート農業や施設園芸農業を学んだ。 卒業後は実家の農業を手伝っていたが、中山間地域の農業を変えるためにもっと学びたいと、革新的な農業を実践するトゥリーアンドノーフに入社。
趣味はボウリングでマイボールも持ち、休みの日は朝から晩まで投げまくる。最高スコアは286。
Ten Saito
Born in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Pref. Raised in a farming family, began helping in the fields with his grandfather from the age of three.
He attended an agricultural high school, where he mainly studied smart agriculture and greenhouse horticulture. After graduation, he helped with the family farm, but seeking to further his knowledge and transform agriculture in mountainous and rural areas, he joined Tree & Norf Inc, a company known for its innovative agricultural practices.
His hobby is bowling. He owns his own ball and spends entire days playing on his days off. His highest score is 286.

コンテンツの企画・制作を担当。ファクト重視のカタい情報をいかに多くの視聴者が楽しみながら受け取ることができるかに注力する。
SONY MUSICではグラフィックデザイン、アマゾンジャパンではWEBディレクターとしてマーケティング、マーチャンダイジングを経験。データを根拠とした企画立案や実行、分析などを得意とし、現在の仕事にも活かす。
休日は家族（妻と娘、犬）と散歩、料理や読書を楽しむ。またバックパックを背負っての山奥でのキャンプも彼の人生に欠かせないアクティビティである。
Akira Watase
He is responsible for content planning and production at Tree & Norf, a company specializing in information dissemination. His work centers on making fact-oriented and often complex information enjoyable and accessible to a wide audience. He previously worked as a graphic designer at SONY MUSIC and as a web director at Amazon Japan. These experiences have honed his skills in data-driven planning, execution, and analysis, which he now applies to his current role. In his free time, he enjoys walking with his wife, daughter, and dog, as well as cooking and reading. Camping deep in the mountains is also an essential part of his life.
